Ive owned 2 denim black bikes (2010 Street Glide and 2015 road glide) and I really liked them.
I also installes a wedge fairing (gloss black ABS) recently on sport glide.
Since my bike came with denim black bags from the factory, Im thinking to paint the rest of the bike in denim black now.
the parts Im gonna be painting are:
1. The wedge Fairing (like pre 2013 shark nose)
2. Front and rear fenders
3. Has tank (factory 5 gallon tank)
OR just leave the bike in 2 tone. Silver and denim black: just paint the fairing in denim black....
my question to those who has experience with John Deere Blits Black (rattle can) paint is:
A: is it really a very close match to the HD DENIM BLACK?
B: how many cans do you think I will need to order to paint the parts I listed above?
Post your email address. I have a friend who painted new fenders with jd paint and you cant tell the diff between it an hd denim on the tank. Ill have him email you with advice.

Did he use rattle cans or a paint gun? My buddy is a painter and he is going to do my fender and batwing and he has some questions about the gun settings.
