Just as FYI in case anyone needs options. I repainted the fuel tank on a salvage Gunship Gray '22 FXLRS. Found several paint match hits with Google searches along with conflicting color codes. Finally, settled on the match below. Looks identical in the sun, shade and at angles. Painter taped off a portion under the tank and I cannot tell a difference in the colors at a tape line.
BTW, you have to give credit to H-D marketing. "Gun Ship Gray" is a heck of la lot sexier than "Volkswagen Gray". Given that VW used the color 22 years ago and so that I can sleep soundly at night, my 2022 FXLTS is heretofore Volkswagen Gray.

Can you reshare the color code that was a match? I don't see one in the thread. I have a tour pack I need repainted to match my new bike and nobody has a perfect color code.
