I ordered the paints too, so as long as the UPS man hurries up I will be in business. Of course Kafka was touting his brushes saying how much easier they are to use than the macks in the video I watched after buying the macks. Post some spider webs Brett.
Don't believe the hype Drew, I am sure there may be a difference with his brushes, but you'll be fine starting with the Mack. I kind of look at it like learning to drive. I learned on a stick shift, and then changed to an automatic.....know what I mean?
Here are a few of the old school webs, nothing special just kind of fun. Black one is on my laptop, grey one is on a wooden paddle and the full one is on the front of my sketch pad

Looking good bro, If I could make one suggestion, and feel free to tell me to shove it up my a**...but with the designs(not the webs) dont be afrait to cross lines with other lines...ya know what I mean?
yeah, I appreciate it man.....that is one thing I have noticed also, I will have all kinds of ideas in my head, when I sit down to scratch them out, I brain fart...
I can handle constructive criticism, I appreciate it man.
Yup yup, sometimes criticism is the fastest way to get better at stuff! But on the same token, i know how hard it is to take that criticsm and sctually put it into motion. Easier said than done.
Wow, got my brushes in the mail today from TCP Global...they have some explaining to do! My Mack scroller was snapped in half and the other three 10 series brushes bristles are mangled. They threw all four brushes into a little zip lock baggie and tossed them into a flat rate envelope. I'm pretty pissed right now.
Wow, that is rediculous.....They Joey Finz brushes had little plastic tubes around the bristles and they were stuck to a cardboard backer. That suprises me with TCP, considering how big of a distributor they are.
What is the big difference between the Mac series 10s and 20s?
Hope you don't mind a Dyna guy jumping in. I literally started striping this past weekend. I took a 1 day beginners class here in the UK and it was awesome. I need a lot of practice though. I'll post up my first piece when I get home later. I'm using 1 shot and a Mac 0 and I'm ordering the Kafka starter kit that comes with a Kafka #3 scrolling brush. I would love to eventually stripe my own bike, but it will be a while before I trust myself.
right on, maybe you can get in on the panel swap when we get it going
EDIT: for any of you interested, I just started a social group called "pinheads" on here, go to your user CP and then social groups. You should be able to find it and join if you like. It would be a good way for us to put together panel swaps and whatnot
