Tank prep ?
I'm looking to get my tank and fenders PCed in a black flake color. Can anyone tell me what needs to be done after removing the tank before I give it to the powdercoater. Is there anything not obvious that needs to be removed? Do I need to clean it out or anything? Are there any major concerns with PC on this type of tank? It's an EFI 1200C tank.

There is EFI stuff inside the tank, so you should remove all that and take off anything else removable. There is a panel underneath the tank where it all goes. If you don't have one get a factory service manual so you can see what you have to do to dismantle and rebuild it. What your powdercoater wants to receive will change between one and another, so best to clarify with him.
