Like a lot of other H-D owners I would love to do some paint work, although financially dropping another 10K is just not in the cards. Even so I always catch myself looking at other paint jobs and loving the details and skill it takes. I also have come to love pearl top coats. That being said the Big Blue Pearl that Harley put out is a top-notch color.
So my question to the forum is, Is there anyone in the forum that would be willing to trade stock tins is they have a BBP paint job for a Black Denim paint job? Logistics can be negotiated as needed and we could set it up for once the season ends. If you are interested reply here or if you have another paint color suggestion feel free to let me know.
I have a 2012 FLTRX (Road Glide Custom) with 5800 miles. The only thing that isn't perfect with the tins is that I glued the lid organizers from Saddleman in. It is something that can be worked out if someone is actually interested in this.
Thanks for your time and hope to hear that Im not the only nut job interested in this idea!
