exhaust coating
I've decided on some mufflers but they only come in chrome, I want black. Could anyone tell me if it would be worth getting a set and have them powder coated or ceramic coated. Or will I be into these for way more than it's worth?

Exhaust Coatings
I just had my exhaust tips ceramic coated. The powdercoat shop I went to, said it would not hold up to the heat. The tips were billet aluminum and chromed. The shop I went to said they could garantee the ceramic would stick to chrome but said they have been having good results. If I were you I would keep looking for pipes in black. Check out Cobra Engineering. Hope that helps.
