Thank you guys for the kindthoughts and prayers. I just talked toStacie on the phone. She won't remember. She is very groggy and hardly making any sense. But she is alive Thank God and on her way to getting better. Going to see her now. Thanks again for all the kind words.

Update.
Stacie is in good spirits and giving her best comedy routine to friends and staff. She is constantlybuzzed on morphine and Valium and cracking jokes in between talking about her next bike.

You are looking at one of the luckiest people on the planet yesterday. Totaled a van with her bike...poked a hole in the windshield with her head whilenot wearing a helmet and didn't suffer and real brain or head injuries. The one thing she remembersthe most was how hot the pavement was. The air temp here yesterday was 100 andwho knows how hot the road was. Some things can't be explained just gratefully accepted.
