Well it is now vehicular homicide. The cop needs to get some serious prison time. Most probably will get 4-8 years. If he gets less than 4 years it is a sham.
My guess is that with him being a LEO, it would be a very rough 4 years.

not sure what happened to the last thread about this incident but I'll reiterate my opinion - the officer should get charged with murder and never see the light of day again.
My condolences to the family, there was a period in my life when i would drink and drive but grew out of it pretty quick when I relised it wasn't just my life it affected. Truly sorry for the families the pig will get off easy. What we need is some really hard hittin locked down with nothing to lose take him out. The alternitive will be protective custody when and if he goes to jail. Only good cop is a crippled 1. the rest or just corrupt **** holes who have abonde=oned the protect and serve crap.
