Transmission swap
Hello everyone, I have a question. My 03 nightrain was converted to a 6 speed transmission and has seized up. Can I take out the transmission on my 03 and install a stock 6 speed transmission, let's say, from a 14 fatboy? I watched videos and it would appear that I can pull out both transmissions and install the good one on my nightrain. Let me know please

Most likely your Night Train had the Screamin Eagle 6 speed gearset installed in the 5 speed case. As said above later 6 speeds are a different breed.
Another thought, didn't Baker make a 6 speed setup that fit the 5 speed case? Whichever one you have why not just fix whatever is wrong with it?

Yes they do, both DD and OD (direct drive and over drive).
