I put a Barnett clutch in my 2003 Fatboy and every time I start it COLD I go to put it into gear and it jumps not a little but a lot. And ONLY on the 1st start of the day COLD. Any info would be great.

I can be only two things, not adjusted properly or the plates are "sticking". I run a Primo Pro clutch and the recommended lube is Dexron II, good old ATF and have no problems such as you describe. The Redline is really a very good lubricant and sticks well to everything, so am wondering if maybe it has to do with the lubricant. The main purpose of lubricant in the primary is to help cool the clutch and lube the basket bearing, and not much else so any decent oil will work in there. I would call Barnett and ask them the question and see what response you get.
