Well spoke to the dealer and they said my chain tensioner may be bad as I am getting mechanical noise from my primary. Is there a better chain tensioner out there that I can have them install versus the factory one since they are taking it apart?

First you need to varify it is the tensioner causing the problem. The HD unit is very well designed, for what it's worth. Ron
I'll bet money it is the problem. It is not unusual for them to tighten the chain up way to tight. If you have to have an auto tensioner, get an aftermarket one.
