Replacing Clutch Inspection Cover?
I need Davidson's for Dummies. How hard is it to put a new clutch inspection cover on an '07 Softail? What's gonna fall out when I remove the cover? Am I gonna have to replace the gasket?

Have bike upright so no fluid comes out. Remove the torx T27 screws. Remove cover. If you are putting an accessory type cover on instead of stock, then yes you will need a 25416-99C derby cover gasket as the stock one uses an o-ring that won't work with accessory covers. Put on new cover, and torque the screws to the proper specs per the manual in the sequence shown in the manual. Done.
