I never really thought about that. I've always done it with the trannie i neutral. Less drag on things?

There's no drag if nothing's spinning.

At least you're honest. Most of us here aren't.
I always get a kick out of those rebuilding their motors etc. with just the internet.
"Get a manual"; truer words were never spoken.
