Default Good work light

Anybody have a recommendation for a decent work light for seeing into the abyss of a blacked out engine. The POS that I'm currently using is worthless because no place on bike to stick a magnetic base. Maybe some kind of clip on rechargeable? Pic for example of what I have now.

Everybody has different needs, wants and pockets.

For myself...
I got a Husky 1000 Lumen LED head lamp.
Very bright on highest setting and adjustable brightness.
I just use brightest setting at all times.

It is rechargeable and lasts a long time.
I trained myself to ONLY use my left hand to control the LEFT button (basically ON/OFF) and do not bother with right hand mode button features.

Since it is a headlamp, the light goes were I look.
That can **** someone off if you are working with an assistant that brings you drinks and you turn your head to talk with them.

The only down side that I have encountered is that you get NO warning when battery is about to die.
Lasts several hours ( about 8 hours) on a single charge and you have a back-up 3 AAA battery holder for regular batteries just in case.
I put it to charge after each major use project and have not run into that NO warning dead battery thing again.
It takes several hours to recharge....so again, I put it to charge after each project.

Yes, a headlamp often works best.

I HATE THIS THREAD. I am 9 years old again and my dad yells "Shine the F'ing lite where my F'ing tools are then I can see what the F I'm doing, if you can see it then I can see it"

Not a word of a lie.

+2 on the headlamp. Get a good one! Cheap ones break fast!
