Great Video!!! We were up in Alaska during the same timeframe. We rode the Dalton Highway to Deadhorse.
Can you list the songs you used in the soundtrack?
Thanks and Ride Safe
Thanks! That's kool you were up there at that time maybe we met you haha Lots of bikes up there eh!
We stayed off the gravel. Reason behind that is this was a scouting trip for our business and if we take a group of clients next time I can't trust that they would all be experienced enough for roads like that riding touring bikes. But I would have loved to do that and the "Top of the world highway"
We met a couple on the ferry who rode the top of world hwy and crashed ended up in the hospital overnight! Said he hit a sand pocket.
Heres the soundtrack
North to Alaska/Johnny Horton
Let her go/Passenger
Lost Highway/Bon Jovi
Born Free/Kid Rock
How did you find the gas situation going up to Alaska?
Video was so good, the wife wants to go up there on the back of the bike. Nice work!
Thanks
Gas situation was better than I thought it would be but I took advice from others that said fill up when you can. We didn't have any trouble except it was low octane in all the small rural stations. There were many stations that were shutdown but yet signage was still there that they had gas.
Take your wife to AK haha
Enjoyed the video.... looked like the perfect time of year to get to that part of the country. Where we are, it is twice the ride to get there due to getting out of the states from the Gulf Coast!
