Okay, I recently saw this posted of Facebook within the Touring Harley's page and I was very curious if anyone has actually done this? I know there would be other places along the way that I would like to see but this is definitely a great place to start. Has anyone done it or done something similar??
It'd be nice to have a map that was interactive in some way, or that somehow identified the roads and landmarks to be visited. Sounds like a great time.
Well anyways, would be a hell of a trip and awesome! Who cares that the map wasn't what we thought. The thought of traveling to all those destinations would still be awesome. Anyone actually done that?
I've been in 46 of the 50 states and seen a whole bunch ... did both coasts ... looped each of the Great Lakes ... I've missed Colorado and Utah ( don't remember how I did that ) and maybe one day I'll get to Alaska ... Hawaii ... Nope

I've looped the Great Lakes, but then again being from Wisconsin it isn't terribly hards. I am jealous you have seen 46 of the 50, but I have never really even cared to see the East Coast... I'll probably force myself to go anyways!
There is some fantastic riding east of the Mississippi ... Don't be fooled by all the "Go West, young man" stories
I have always thought the Smokies would be a really nice trip. I just moved out to western ranch country and love the solitude and the distance from everyone/everything. I saw Montana and was hooked immediately.

How about starting a Route Page. Start a thread and people could ad to it. You could start out in your state and make a route or routes that people could take to see the sites in your area. You would most likely want to start next to a state border where someone adding would end up so the routes could link together.
