Camping in Centra PA
Planning a "Man Ride" with a few guys and plan on camping at say...Loch Haven, Jersey Shore or someplace in Central Pa. We're coming from North East Maryland. Looking for a campground with showers, pool or lake for swimming, eateries close by, and access to alcohol. Yea, I know, not really roughing it but we will be sleeping on the ground, so that counts. Kind of flexible on location but like the these areas because the back roads near those destinations are tried and proven, but we're open to any suggestions. All the PA guys say Rte 44 is great and looking for someplace around there. Any suggestions??

This campground suggestion might be a little different but in Elysburg you have Knoebles campground. You have a free admission amusement park across the street. The campground itself though is all paved roads. If interested I can give more info. We go in the cage every year over labor day.
