Has anyone done the tours at Hearst Castle? I see on the website there is a parking lot where they pick you up and bus you to the property. Is this parking lot secure? I am doing a trip and don't want to lose my bags or even worse, my bike.

The parking lot is some what off the highway. There are park rangers all over the place. I have never had any problems up there. It does not seem to be that apealing to thoes types. I was up there a couple of weeks ago and left the brand new bike unattended. Enjoy your trip.

 

Thanks for the info vinnie. It makes me feel better about leaving my bike there. Are there signs off the PCH? I will be riding from Monterey.
