I'd get the others to pony up their share of the deposit you'll be sending. 2 of the 7 will probably wimp out. Just the way some folks are😁

if you're gonna be the one making reservations for everyone, Make sure you get non-refundable full funds from them prior to booking rooms...just saying!

If you are riding then AC is not much or a concern.

Spend the hot days riding to keep cool and the evenings and nights in bars or restaurants before returning to your cabin, and let the cool night temps take care of things

Also count on a severe evening thunderstorm or two,I wouldn't worry too much about the a/c...

We are all booked, house outside of Deadwood. Definitely get going on finding accommodations. And yes when you start asking for money is when people will start dropping out. And then two weeks before you leave, they will want to know if you have any extra room!?!?!?

You should have it now !!!! Most places sell out very fast . Was able to secure a place two months ago at a decent rate . Good luck and have fun at Sturgis .
