Paducah, KY info
There should be four of us and two like to explore and two of us like to sit by the pool and "sip some suds"!
Could anyone recommend good motels, restaurants, and scenic roads to explore?

Like someone said, Patti's Settlement is a must do.
We visited Fort Donelson, which is an earthworks battery on the Cumberland River.
The riding was hot and to be honest, less than spectacular. Certainly no comparison to the NC/TN/GA mountains that we love.
Maybe we gave in because of the heat, we spent the next week riding a party barge, in oppressive heat, but, bearable because of the lake.
Note to self, forget July riding in the South.
Our plans were changed (a few times) and the wives didn't go with us as originally planned so we didn't to visit the "Quilt Museum"
It was hot but beautiful weather.
We did get to ride the "Trace" on Sunday and completed the loop from Grand Rivers, KY to Paris, TN with only one stop for ice cream!
We did manage to eat at Patti's 1800 Settlement (twice
