Heading North to Canada....spending multiple days in Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City and Montreal......any must see/do activities, either on the bike or off???

For Ottawa area: Ottawa Blues Fest July 6-16, Parliment Hill, ride up into the Gatineau and have lunch in Wakefield, chose highways with 2 digits versus ones with 3 digits beginning with 4: i.e. 16 or 17 versus 416 or 417. Enjoy the beer.
