Also, where are you staying in Nashville? I suggest the Holiday Inn Express by the airport (1111 Airport Center Dr). They have a free shuttle that will take you to a local restaurants. I have stayed here the last two years for CMA FEST in June. Stay out of downtown Nashville with a motorcycle as traffic is crazy.. You can take an UBER from the Hotel if you want to visit downtown Nashville, almost cheaper than paying for parking in downtown.
Stay hydrated, alternate between water and sports drinks like Gatorade/PowerAid, and eat when riding (salty snacks like granola bars). And, use sunscreen...

Yes correct. I am riding down with my stepson who is an army vet with 2 tours in Iraq. And he has PTSD.
I bought a compact folding chair, it's the kind that goes in a backpak. We also have a compact shade thing, it's like a big umbrella on it's side. Since this is now at the airport I think we will be all hanging out on the tarmac. Last year the sun was brutal, not taking chances this year.
