Sturgis 2020 roll call !
One heck of a difference from Daytona! Got lucky, have a friend who works the area (EMS) so I'll have a place to stay. That'll save bucks from the usual mobile home rental from Jacks!
Buffalo Chip Here we come...
Actually going to do the trip to Needles Highway, Yellowstone etc. while in the area. A friend is a hunting guide and he's pumped to show me his "Dakota's" So it'll be different from my other trips there.

There's a lot of discussion among the resort owners as to what the season will look like. Current guidelines being discussed for campgrounds are - no pools will be open, common facilities (toilet, showers and possibly laundry} closed. Tent camping and use of Camper Cabins may not be possible because they share these facilities. It sounds like self contained RV's and cabins with plumbing should not be impacted.
Caution !! These are conversations the owners are having based on the current policies being considered so nobody should panic. This may also change at any time. As it stands now. In the 7 counties surrounding the Black Hills there are only 25 cases reported as of this morning with 1 death so we're on the early part of the curve and may not see the numbers seen elsewhere. We are also not under a "stay at home" but folks are practicing distancing, etc. It might be a very different rally this year.

If this happens no one will go and I can't imagine the 'owners' throwing away their whole years profit !
