Default Utah Riders, input please

Doing august road trip
Day 1, las vegas to monument valley AZ163
Day 2 MV to Escalante Utah
Day 3 Escalante to Vegas

So my question is pertaining to day 2, (this is my proposed route)
Leaving the view hotel at monument valley on 163 to 261
UT 261 to thru moki dugway to UT 95
UT 95 to UT24
UT 24 to UT 12 Escalante

Are there enough gas stops along the way?
What kinda of food/resturants to expect?
Anything you defintely need to see along the way?

Thanks riders!!

I think the view going into Monument Valley from the North is much better than going into it from the south... so that would require a bit of a loop.

I agree with CR. Reverse your route.

You're going up Moki Dugway instead of down, which isn't a bad thing if you're skittish.
95 thru Fry Canyon is a nice ride (but hot). Hanksville (fill-up there) in any direction is long and boring, watch for "open range". Have come upon standing horses and cows on the road. Going 12 from Torrey is a nice ride (watch for deer!!).
