Default Tenn. Help needed

Looks like I may be headed down south in a few weeks. (From N.Y.) Think I will trailer the bike and sleep in same. Want some suggestions on some rides in Tenn, besides the dragon and museum. They're a done deal. Then I will head to Greenville SC. to see my son. Any good Rides there? Super Thanks in advance!

If you get a chance go to the Mammoth Caves in Kentucky. Across the Tenn border Near Bowling Green.
