I reach up and turn it on — the beeps are very audible even with my bike running— but again I am tech challenged lol— if you’re good with your phone it might be better — definitely practice before you use it for something you really want to capture—

I put a Freewell lens filter on my GP9.
I put a Roll Cage on my Hero8 basically it’s just a silicone sleeve that goes over body of cam to protect it from scratches or whatever but it has a lens cover that easily snaps off. It will protect the lens and because it snaps off easily you can pull it off at a stop dunk the lens cover in water to clean it and snap it back
