I *think* that place has been sold according to a regular guy who comes up every year and used to stay there. May not have the same vibe it used to. he wasn’t to happy with the new owner. But who knows what his expectations were.

Dang that stinks. It was last summer that we were their last and their business was good. Thanks for the heads up.

I stayed there last year also. Cheaper then the Ironhorse also. Doing two nights first of October there and moving to Best Western in Maggie Valley for two more nights before heading to Daytona. Great place and I know it’s been sold. Seen real friendly the new owners when I called. Stayed at Ironhorse Motorcycle Lodge a few times also.

Today I heard back from Pam from Iron Horse. She said they had been having phone problem all weekend, but they are in full operating mode. I had already made some reservations elsewhere by the time she called though. No big deal eaither way. I didn't want to post that question and not follow up on it though. I'm sure it's a fine place to stay, and maybe next time up that way, we'll bunk there. Thanks for all the feedback and information yall gave!
