Satellite Shot

This is cool. I downloaded a program from NASA called World Wind. It gives you satellite shots of various locations around the world. Attached is a overhead shot of the road I took my wife on for our trip to Hillsboro. This is about a 30 mile stretch of road ..... Interesting eh? Anyone else have a request - I can try to find it.....

That is a cool shot, and it looks like a fantastic ride to take! If you like that one, check out Google Earth. Same concept, they've linked together satellite photos of the entire planet, some better resolution than others, but you can type in a street address and it'll take you there. I found my folks house, and can tell what car is in the driveway...it's a little scary, but very cool.
