Default Mt. Lemmon

These are some pics I took on my latest ride to Mt. Lemmon near Tuscon, AZ. For those of you that are looking for some nice scenery its unlikely you will be dissapointed. Beware however, on the MT. I would guess the temperture was in the 30's. So be prepared if you guys are looking to do this ride. We went the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

The Mt.Lemmon ride is really awesome....gotta watch out for the Tar Snakes(in the summer) not too much trouble in the winter though. Past Rose Canyon it drops in temp really fast, and there isnt alot of places to stop and pee. Im in for a Lemmon ride, just let me know.

Spent several years in Tucson (Davis Monthan AFB)and always enjoyed the ride up to Mt. Lemmon. We tried in in January one time...did not get to far up the mountain! We were young and fooloish but those were great times and that is a great ride. A lot of folks would have no idea of the climate changes from the valley up to the top! It was a great relief in the summer, though!
ride safe!
