Took a day trip down there a couple of weeks ago from southern ohio. I think it was the best ride of the summer. Loved the Natural Bridge. What did you think about riding through the tunnel?

The new blacktop paving through the tunnel was nice and slippery from all the water that’s always present but it was still better than numerous potholes full of water that we hit on past trips. We just love going down there, it’s always a pleasure and we always see something we haven’t seen before. Bob

We go down there several times a year. It is great. Sometimes I take the girls down there and we go biking. There is a really good road for that. If you go past the Shell station and up the hill, right at the top there is a road on the left and goes across the parkway. It's a gravel road several miles long with spectacular views, lots of hiking trails. At the end there is a place to park and you can walk or ride a bicycle to the end of the closed portion. Once there...wow!
