Anyone on here know this area? I'm looking for a reasonably priced motel that my
bike will be safe parked at. Going to be down thru there later this month.

Been through there a few times, but never paid much attention to motels. All the chains are present though.

Another option would be Little Ocmulgee State Park, that has a lodge and cabins. It's south of town several miles and a really nice place.

I grew up there. Any of the hotels just off of I 16 are ok. I would not stay anywhre near the town center. When I was a Kid, the downtown was the best. Not anymore. It has turned into a slum.
