Planning to go to Laconia in June from the Chicago area. Anything I should definitely see or avoid?

I was there in 99, had a great time. I had to stay about 50 miles away, but even that hotel was filled with bikes. There is alot to see and do, I wish I had gone to see the bikes race at New Hampshire speedway. Well, you won't be board, especialy if you like to drink!
