HD Ride Planner Problem

When I try to launch the Ride Planner all I get is a small ?icon? in the middle of the screen. The planner never launches. I have a newer computer with Windows. How can I get Planner to work?

popup blocker???

if you have a popup blocker turn it off . I also have problems with planner. locks up. etc. good luck, mark
