Well, it is set, our annual trip. This year we leave Las Vegas, NV travel to Flagstaff to Kayenta to monument valley, to Mesa Verde to Durango. Ride the twistys on route US 550 back down the back side through the back roads of UT to Cedar City then return home to 'Vegas. Planning on 5 days about 1400 miles. Leave July 7th, to escape the heat. LOL
Anyone care to join? More than welcome to come along. So far just four bikes going.
Sounds great!
We're planning to enjoy some of the same roads this year. End of April after the Laughlin week.
Not sure if it may be too cold still to hit the CO and 550 sections. Might need to cut from Mexican Hat up to Blanding. Then coming back thru UT and Vegas on the way home.
jmcollision, well I was probably in Harrisburg, PA. Moved to Vegas in 2002 and NOT moving back to PA (tooooo much of that white stuff) LOL Though I did do a cross country trip back to HBG, PA on my softail this past June, no snow but plenty of rain!!
Hockey Stick, watch the weather in April, still will be some snow in CO. Especially up in the higher elevations.
