Autotrain minimum bike ground clearance??

Autotrain minimum bike ground clearance??
From the autotrain web site it states that the bike must have a minimum ground clearance of 5". I have a 2010 CVO Convertable FLSTSE with a stated clearance of 3.75". Does anyone know if this will be a problem. Is there some sort of ramp that requires this 5" clearance?
Based on the recommendations I have read on this forum, the autotrain to Florida is a great way to make the trip. I plan to head down to the Keys for a few weeks solo and would like to do the train.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
