We have a group leaving Dallas area August 5th. Our route looks to be 2 lane roads about 500 miles a day. First stop in Garden City Kansas, second in Chadron Nebraska. Our last day is only 300 miles. Were staying near Lead, SD so that afternoon will be a cruise up Spearfish Canyon for dinner. Depending on how insane it gets we may depart early for a trip through Estes Park CO- Breckinridge and down to Raton NM before coming back to Dallas. It would be nice if the temps would get lower than 100.

Ride it if ya can, just dont be the douche unloading his bike at the state line so he can tell his buddies "he rode his into Sturgis"!!!

There is a group of us riding from Las Vegas to Sturgis. It is a little over a 1,000 miles and the half way point for us is Rock Springs WY where we spend the night. Riding there and back is half the fun. The other half of the fun is riding through the Black Hills and taking in the sights.
