Default Suggestions Needed - Philly to Gettysburg

Riding from NJ to Gettysburg the weekend on August 6th. I've been there a few times with the truck, but never on the bike. I know the PA turnpike and Rt 30. What roads would you guys suggest riding out and back?

Wife and I took a roadtrip to Gettysburg last summer. Can't remember why but we took the TP all the way to Harrisburg and then took 15 down to GB. On the way back we took 30, stopped at York for the tour and then rode to the Lancaster area where we spent a couple days enjoying the Amish country. From there we took 222 back to the TP.

Once in Philly head towards King of Prussia and pick up rt 23 This will take you all the way out to Lancaster and pick up 30 23 two lane blacktop through Amish country. If you go this way, you have to stop at Shady Maple smorgasborg in East Earl Pa It is right on 23. Great homemade food by the amish you won't be sorry.

Been to the Shady Maple many times. Love it! We're stopping there on the way back home on Monday.
