Definitely Jim's in Axtell, Ranger Museum and Dr Pepper Museum. Stop in at Waco H-D. They are very friendly. Jena (sp) works at the front desk as you walk in is very friendly, as all their employees are. They can tell you of some good roads to ride. I like China Spring road from loop 340 to the end. It ends on fm 57. This is a good one too. Watch out for deer, though. Fm 57 goes from Valley Mills, about a mile to the left of where China Spring road dead ends into it, to Glen Rose about 50 miles north, If you go up to Glen Rose, go south on hwy 67 for about 8 miles to Loco Coyote biker bar and restaurant and you had better be hungry.
They have a nice zoo. You could head out west a bit and go to the Bush "Western Whitehouse" Prairie Chapel Ranch in Crawford. If you swing thru Tyler, be sure to wave!!
