Last year it didn't hit 20 degrees Celsius the entire time I was out there. The year before, it was high 20's in the Atlantic provinces, and low 30's (ugh) going through Quebec and Ontario. In 2004 it was quite temperate - low to mid 20's all-around. I still wouldn't go without my long underwear & rain gear.
