At first I thought the big black thing I saw on the side of the road was a large rock that fell down the mountainside, until it moved. I didnt see the cubs at first because they were in the brush. As you can hear in the video people talking. Another car had pulled up in back of me. I told the guy in the car to make sure his backdoor was unlocked. If mama bear got upset I told him I was getting in his car. I have total respect for mother nature especially if it has cubs. She showed no interest in me at all, thank god.
