Took the better half King Salmon fishing on Pierre Marquette river in Michigan this past weekend she is hooked so hooked in fact that she wants to go to Alaska next summer to fish there. AND she wants to ride her street glide all the way.
I've been to Sturgis, Yellowstone etc but not further north Can anyone help me out with routes places to see etc north of the border more scenic the better but do want to avoid ferries etc to get to Anchorage plan to leave bikes at dealer for service and catch a flight to King Salmon to fish for a week
Any and all ideas route suggestions are appreciated
Thanks in advance
What is the longest trip she's been on riding her own bike? I'd do something with 5-7 straight days of hard riding first, if she hasn't. Then consider the Alaska trip.
Count yourself fortunate to have a spouse who is willing to ride on her own and make a trek like that. Kristin and I just did FL to AZ and had an amazing time. Please be sure to keep us in the loop and take plenty of pictures!
