Anyone ever stay at the KOA CAMPGROUND in Sturgis? How did you like or dislike it?

 

Planning on seeing more than the town of sturgis and its week of ammenities? Then yes, Palmer Gulch KOA is the place! Great rides to see the guys at Mt Rushmore, CrazyHorse and Custer's Park. Care to hike in the black hills? THere is a trail to Harney's Peak just outside the KOA that leads to Harneys peak.....Ammenities are top notch for tent camping, Rv'ing, staying in there cabins or the lodge. check out their web page for info.

 

If Palmer Gulch is the same as Hill City KOA then, that is a good choice. They also rent out cabins and multi room cabins. A real good camp ground. Smack dab in the middle of it all.
