Recently finished a ride out west. Got rained on for a couple hrs from spearfish SD to Sheridan WY. Woke up next day and discovered condensation in the display of the unit. Near the end of my 12 day ride, the Bluetooth started acting up as well as the usb input. Fm radio was fine. Contacted rockford fosgate. Informed them that the radio was manufactured in 2019, and didn't expect failure from a 900+ dollar deck after 4 years. Anyways they gave me contact info to a Canadian distributor and said they are looking into it. I'll keep y'all posted with the outcome.
Received word from the Canadian distributor from rockfordfosgate. They informed me that the warranty has expired and recommend I contact the business I bought it from , and purchase another one. The unit is 4 years old. Why I would throw another 900+dollars at a receiver with a shelf life of 4 years is ridiculous. Time to look at another brand. Won't be purchasing from rockfordfosgate again.
