The stock system pushes about 80% of the exhaust out the right pipe. By installing the smaller baffle on the left side and larger one on the right it forces a larger percent out the right pipe. This creates a 2:1 effect that will drastically increase performance.
Only works with the 95-08 touring bikes with stock head pipes.

Yes. It's a great setup because you still get the deep solid sound of our larger baffles but the performance of a 2:1 system. When properly tuned the performance increase is much greater than a set of matched baffles. Also the application is for '95-'08 with stock headpipes. I will correct my previous post that said only 07-08.
Everyone who works here that has a setup that can take advantage of the split baffle setup runs them. It's a great way to get the best of both worlds, sound and performance.
