Yes, this is the new color that was introduced a couple weeks ago. I'm not sure it actually replaced an existing color. Local dealers are still taking delivery of the Ultraviolet Blue/Orange Lava, Hard Candy Mercury and Black with Gold Dust flames. I read on CVOHarley that a yellow was just delivered to a dealer.

This color lights up under the sun, but it's difficult to capture that in a pic. The right side saddle bag somewhat shows the metallic sparkle in this pic.
