Default Weak mirrors

My wife was walking past the bike and ran into the left mirror. Now it will not hold the position. Wouldn't think that would take out the mirror. Where can I purchase the left mirror?

Does the mirror have the TWO philips screws on the back (one each side of ball stem)?
Mirrors with the phillips screws can have tightness adjusted with a very slight turn of screws...1/8 total wrist turn at most...if you muscle the screw it ruins the threads and flops.

And if that doesn't work, try a drop of superglue.
And tell the OL to be a little more careful. Then sleep with 1 eye open.

If it is less then two years old it should be covered under your warranty I would ask the dealer about that before I bought one

A tad bit of silicone or RTV will tighten it up as well, if you don't have the screws or they are stripped

Super Glue on the ball of the mirror works for me on the ones that don't have screws on the back.

When you said it Took it Out? The glass is broken and it is loose and flops around?

If she just bumped it and now it is loose and won't hole the position, take it to the dealer and let service tighten the mirror, not sure, but they will have to remove the fairing.

Personally, i wouldn't use any glue, you want a totally operational mirror, change your seat etc., sun, reflection you want to be able to adjust it.

Yep, she hit it and now it does not hold the position.

Not sure why they would have to remove the fairing as the Roadglide Fairing does not have mirrors.
