Default DYNO Results

New poster here. Curious on dyno results.

2015 CVO Limited

I just recently had the cat removed from my stock header, dyno tuned with HD Pro Street Tuner. My overall goal was to get rid of heat, better gas mileage, & smoother run.

I talked to a Fullsac rep about a year ago on replacing my header but leaving my SE stock mufflers. To each their own, I don't want to get into a debate on loud pipes, but I prefer a quieter bike, do a lot of touring and don't like any extra attention in National Parks, etc. Anyways, the Fullsac Rep told me that he recommended their DX Pipe, 1.75 CVO power cores, & TTS Mastertune. The rep told me that running the SE stock mufflers would sacrifice a lot of low end power. He sent me dyno maps of his suggested setup which showed a broad curve on both HP & torque with results of 97 HP & 112 torque.

My dyno chart I received from my local HD resulted in a very similar graph, fairly broad range with 97 HP & 109 torque. The HD dealership said they were surprised when comparing to some other tunes they had done that included new headers and mufflers. You can definitely feel a difference between before & after with better gas mileage. Bike runs much smoother.

I know there are tons of configurations out there on pipes, mufflers, & tuners, but was curious what kind of HP & torque others have seen after dyno tuning?

Your best bet is to go into the Dyno Room forums. Just about every configuration has been recorded and posted. Those numbers are descent for a 110 CVO. I have a new M8 CVO SG and put 2.25" Fullsac CVO Power Cores in my mufflers and installed a better AC. My 114 is putting out 95 hp and 115 torque. That's without a tune and with the Cat still in the OEM head pipe. Looking at having it tuned with the TTS MasterTuner once I finish the breaking period and do the first service on Monday.

It's a 2.25" Fullsac baffle inside the stock CVO cans.

The Fullsac's can be purchased in 1.75", 2" or 2.25" baffles. The larger the baffle the louder and deeper the sound, plus increased airflow. Really easy to swap out and I love the deeper base sound and performance.
