I am almost positive its a 50 mm. I know for a fact that the 09 through 2015 CVO motors had a 50mm throttle body as I owned an 09, 12, 13 which I still have and a 15.

58 is over kill for a 110 especially stock.

I'm running an HPI 55mm with a 58 mm intake on my 13 CVO King, its now a 117 making 138.5 hp and 140 torque.

The 17 and newer CVO's are using a 55mm throttle body.

You have a 46mm TB on your 2007 CVO Road Glide.

2009 CVO Model years was the first year that the MoCo went to the 50mm TB.

thanks for the info, my buddies just installed the zippers 468 cam and the other day we went for a ride and now they pull away from me slowly. they have 2017 street glide with M8. Sucks! they dyno at 116tq, and 103 hp. I don't have there dyno sheet but when I road there bike it was like a whole new bike, I mean WOW that cam really woke things up. I just want about 120 tq and 120 ish hp and ill be happy.

I a little better than that as a 110, this head work, high compression pistons and a 259E cam, with a 55HPI throttle body and 5.3 injectors.

There are two ways to do the 117 Kit. By the Harley one. That will get you those numbers or a little more.

The other way is buy the 117 Cylinders from HD and work with a trusted builder to set up the right combination of parts.

I used Don, at HD Street Performance. He did the head work on my heads, helped me decide on 11.4 compression, and got CP to build me 117 pistons to achieve that. Used a woods TW-9B-6 cam. Used the same throttle body and injectors I had when I built it as a 110.

If your planning on running the bike west of the Mississippi river I would use less compression and less cam. I have 630 lift which is a lot. But the Big power is loads of fun.....

sounds good, ive got a couple of decent builders up here in good old south Dakota that might help me with that. I might just do cams and bump comp. maybe a good TB. that 468 cam was sure fun tho

I would talk with woods cam's about more compression and head work. Many times a cam that is good with stock springs and heads is a compromise with head-work and more compression.

The 777 is a good low to mid range torque cam for the 110. Not sure with more compression and headwork.
