Discount ESP in Canada

I recently purchased a pre-owned 12' CVO Street Glide. The bike is exceptionally clean, and has really low mileage. I've been contemplating buying the extended warranty for this bike as it is still under 10 years old and falls way below the mileage limitations. I just wanted to ask any folks out there that have used the company " Discount ESP" dealing with Jim Palmer. I've heard some good things, but still don't know of anyone using this warranty in Canada. It does state on their website that it is North American wide accepted at licensed Indy shops and Harley Dealers. There is an inspection that has to be performed by an HD dealer that gets sent to them. I've inquired at a couple of local Harley Dealers and the prices for the Harley Extended Warranty on used bikes is astronomical. My previous bike an 08 Street Glide had the 7 yr extended on it, and it paid for itself in a couple of visits.
Please, if there's any out there that has used Discount ESP, USA or Canadian riders I would really love to hear from you...

I bought this ESP last year for my 2012 CVO at around $900 for 2 years......fortunately have not had to use it. A lot less than the HD dealers coverage
