I just finished the stage 4 install for sg cvo 2018 117.i picked up all the parts from dealer today.heads ,jugs, pistons ,injectors throttle body ect.is there a market for these parts, they are new.if so what is a fair price i should be asking.
I think so. You can list them in the for sale area, and be patient. They are newer, so you might not get someone for direct replacement, but, you might get someone doing a 107 --> 114 kit. Another one is someone might take the heads, send em away for work, and keep their stock ones for dust collectors. Throttle body can be sent away to be enlarged [by a purchaser, not worth it for you]. I think it was HPI that did it. Injectors are tossed in with the throttle body IMO, but ---.
Edmonton huh - Edm HD or Heritage HD? I bought from Edm HD. [Moved though].
You might just dump the works for like $300. $300 buys a lot of fuel. Really I think HD should give you a deposit or something back for the old takeoffs. If they offered you $150 I'd bet you'd -consider- it...
Thanks for suggestions,i went to north side but was not happy with there offer.Heritage stepped up and that's who got my business. 1500 km on parts before removed.
If shipping was not so far and much money to east TN I would want the throttle body and the heads and the Jugs. Sure would make doing my build easier next winters, That way the heads could be ported, the cylinders bored out, and the thottle body sent to HPI, and could have everything back to assemble as soon as I disassembled.
